Mike Miskin serves as Vice President Global Engineering at Molex since 2019 and brings a wealth of engineering and leadership expertise to his position.

He is leading project Fusion, the digital transformation of Molex enterprise-wide end to end product development lifecycle and managing the Global Technical Center (GTC) comprised of 400 engineers in our Bangalore, India campus and the Global Engineering Management Council.

Mike Miskin joined Molex in 1994 as a Manager of Technology of the High Performance Cable Assembly Group and assumed various leadership roles as Vice President & General Manager for the Cable Products Group, with global responsibility for the design, development, marketing and production tooling for copper cable assembly products and as Senior Vice President & President, Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division with responsibility for the design, development and marketing for value added products across six business units and manufacturing across multiple plants in North America, Asia and Europe.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Northwestern University.
