Paul Chaffin joined Molex in 2020 and leads the global Medical and Pharmaceutical division including the Phillips-Medisize business with nearly 8,000 employees in 10 countries.

Since joining Molex, Paul has led the development of the Division’s new Vision and strategy to create value by leveraging unique end-to-end capabilities and partnering with global customers to create products that help people live healthier and more productive lives.

Paul has nearly 30 years of experience building businesses across multiple industries including: Consumer Products, Foodservice, Healthcare, and Life Science. He spent 16 years at Ecolab building the Global Healthcare and Life Science Business. He was responsible for managing operations that served customers across 90 countries and delivered a broad portfolio of infection prevention solutions to healthcare providers as well as contract manufacturing services for Medical Device companies. During his tenure, Paul lived in Zurich for four years, leading the Europe, Middle East and Africa business.

Paul has also served on the board of directors for the Medical Alley Association, the Joint Commission’s Center for Transforming Healthcare, and several private companies in the financial services and datacom industries.

Paul earned a B.A. and MBA from the University of Michigan. He and his wife of 27 years, a scientist and engineer at Medtronic, reside in the Twin Cities metro area with their two children.
