As a proven global sales and marketing leader at Molex, my career moves have taken me from Indiana to Michigan to Shanghai and to Chicago in pursuit of the best solutions for our customers’ toughest connectivity problems. As the first Molex resident engineer at one of the top three automakers, I learned early on about the importance of forging strong and committed teams and sustaining trusted customer partnerships through customer experience excellence.

I truly valued my time in Shanghai because it proved to be exciting for my entire family and me personally for local business understanding and new relationships . Understanding China’s global impact on new automotive designs, I became fully immersed in Chinese business and culture.

Upon moving to Molex headquarters outside of Chicago, I applied my varied experiences in the automotive industry to better support digital transformations taking place across every industry sector we serve. In my current role, I lead talented global sales and marketing teams while ensuring our distributors are empowered to supply the most advanced connectivity products and solutions to every corner of the world with the speed and availability our customers need.

During nearly 30 rewarding years career at Molex, I have had the good fortune to learn and grow while helping customers turn great ideas into groundbreaking products built on a foundation of engineering excellence, end-to-end intelligent supply chain and world-class manufacturing services.
