  • Position/brief description of role:

Loreta is currently a Project Engineer in the New Product Development group at Molex Fiber Optics Division. Her role is to design, develop and implement fiber optic solutions for high-count interconnects in backplanes and cross-connect systems.

  • Tenure at Molex:

Loreta has been at Molex for 14 years (started on October 4, 2000)

  • Major Projects/Contributions within Molex:

  • What she likes best about working at Molex:

Loreta feels that it is a great privilege to work at Molex; this is the best platform for her to enhance her technical skills and improve her knowledge. She is an active member in the Molex Young Professional group, the Women’s Business Council, and the Society of Women Engineers.

  • How she’s managed her work/life balance while at Molex:

Balancing work and life is an on-going challenge, but making effective decisions and consistently focusing on the most critical priorities while simultaneously making steady progress on other priorities, helps Loreta accomplish each task on time and accurately.
